The great thing about the internet is that you can become a celebrity authority in any industry...Did you know the average person in the U.S. reads 1 book after completing high school or college (this most likely isn't you or you wouldn't even be on my site). That's probably not the first time that you've heard that statistic. When most people hear that they shake their head and say to themselves how the world is going "down hill". Not me though, actually for me this is great news and you should feel the same way. Why? Because the world is changing. Actually I take that back. The world isn't just changing, it's changing REALLY FAST. Rapid change means that new knowledge needs to be acquired in order to adapt. When the stats tell us that most people fail to educate or invest in themselves regularly after formal schooling that means it's up to guys like us to lead the way and educate them. In the current environment anyone who has the passion and drive to educate themselves in a particular field of study has the opportunity to position themselves very well financially...When you think about what drives human nature it's really simple... All of us want to maximize our chances of survival (and the survival of our loved ones) and we want to increase our satisfaction with life (get closer to happiness). With that being said, the enemy of survival and happiness is change. The more change that's present in the environment the more education people need in order to adapt. In other words if you have information that can increase someone's chances of surviving - or make them happier - you can develop your very own tribe of followers who will gladly listen and even pay you for your knowledge. Many people are still following an outdated blueprint that was created for the industrial age...In the Industrial Age your biggest commodity was your time. In the Information Age your biggest commodity is your ability to create value. While there are many people still chasing a world that no longer exists there are others that are adapting and leveraging the huge opportunity that exists in the market place today. If you're old enough to read this blog you were probably raised on television (unlike the current generation that's being born who are being raised on mobile devices and the internet). We were taught that people who presented a point of view on a video screen were experts and authorities. This is a belief that's hard wired into all of us, whether we agree with it or not. When you take today's rapid pace of change and the authority factor of video you have the perfect storm. My guest today Steven Rachel (along with his wife) has leveraged this opportunity to become top income earners in multiple business opportunities. In this interview he talks about exactly how he does it. We also discussed...

I heard someone say that the first sign of genius is having the ability to take what most consider to be complex and make it simple...This week I had an opportunity to sit down and talk with someone that I consider to be a genius, internet marketing legend Matt Bacak. Earlier this year I had an opportunity to attend one of Matt's events here in Atlanta and I was blown away with the amount of value that he provided and more importantly how simply he broke down his business model. That event was my first time meeting Matt in person but after talking to him and listening to a lot of the insights I knew that I wanted to bring him on the show for an interview. One of the things that I like about Matt aside from the fact that he's a cool dude is that he's built multiple 7 figure businesses. It's always impressive anytime someone can build a business to 7 or 8 figures but when you're able to do it over and over again that's when you know that it wasn't just luck, you're the real deal. In this interview I not only wanted Matt to explain how to build a business but more importantly what he "sees" when he's involved in the creation process...It's one thing for someone to tell you what they do and how they do it but when you can actually understand what they "see" when they're doing it that's when the real gems are exposed. And trust me Matt didn't leave any stones unturned during our talk. In this interview we talked about...

About 2 weeks ago I was surfing around online..
I came across an episode of Young Hustlers where they were interviewing internet personal branding pioneer Dre Baldwin aka "Dre All Day"…
It was cool to see Dre on the Grant Cardone Network, he was one of the first brothers that I saw using the internet to create a personal brand online, taking youtube to the next level and basically creating his own TV "show".
I remember watching his motivation videos back in like 2009, I can even say that he was one of the people that inspired me to create The Dream Chaser Show.
So as I was sitting there watching the interview, in the back of my mind I thought to myself how he had put himself on that stage and created that opportunity on his own...
Without any special connections, luck or family "hook-ups".
He made it happen with good old fashion work and discipline, reaping the rewards that come from making a decision and stinking with it.
How many people have you seen stick with something for 9 years (outside of going to a job everyday)?
Not many I'm sure, most people give up once they see that nobody cares, and that's the reason nobody cares...lol (think about it).
For those of you who aren’t familiar with Dre’s story, in 2006 he uploaded a highlight video from a basketball workout to a new video site called youtube (it was new at the time).
He was using the video to get the attention of pro basketball talent scouts that he was interested in trying out for.
After posting the video and forgetting about it, he came back to it several months later to find that people he didn't know had been watching it and were even asking him questions.
Fast forward to today, since uploading his first video to youtube almost 10 years ago Dre has upload more than 4500 videos online that have been viewed over 30 million times.
What’s even more impressive is that he hasn’t missed a day of doing a video in over 2000 days (that’s over 5 years for those of you trying to figure out the math).
Pretty impressive, right?
Quick question….how much could you accomplish in your life if you committed to putting in work everyday without fail?
What you’ll learn in this interview is that success in anything is 80% about the level of commitment that you have to following a process.
Put all of your attention on following a process instead of getting a result and you're on to something.
Most people get this backwards, the wait to follow the process after they get the results that they're looking for...
Obviously they rarely see the results.
After listening to this conversation with Dre you're going to walk away with a better understanding of what it takes to win and how you need to think in order to achieve the highest results…
Some things that we discussed during this interview…

I have a philosophy, it's been developed over years of observing,reading and tons of experience...The people who can endure the most pain are the one's thatcan handle the most happiness and success.It's not rocket science.Think about it, we already know that we can create whatever wewant in life....if you're willing to do the work that's required to get it.Last week I had a conversation with entrepreneur, writer, and marketingconsultant Ryan "The Hardcore Closer" Stewman.Ryan's a guy who's put in a lot of work and has invested a lot toget himself on top.It's always easy to tell when you're talking to someone who's going"all in" in life. After a few minutes of talking to Ryan I could alreadytell this was going to be one of the realest conversations that I've hadon the show so far.I wasn't wrong about that impression (you'll see what I mean when youlisten to the interview).But just to further clarify when I say that he's realI mean that he owns everything about himself and hislife, the good and the bad.He doesn't make excuses, he doesn't take the easy route...he just sets an intention and attacks.It's always cool to talk to someone who embraces their truth,there are so many people who build brands aroundthe illusion of being perfect, not this guy.They're far and few in between but every now and then youcome across someone who raises their hand and says"Look I've made some mistakes, I'll tell you all about thembut here's why you need to listen to me..." Ryan is one of thosekinda guys.For me the biggest take aways from this conversationwere;
After listening to this interview you'll walk away with a betterunderstanding of the power of transparency.When you stop trying to fit in and own who you are there will besome people who will love you and some who will hate you.That's a good thing, the worst thing that can happen to youis that someone meets you and they don't have an impressionabout you at all.

What's happening Dream Chaser Fam! You probably already know that I'm a big fan of sales. I've been selling all of my life, I love it and couldn't imagine doing anything else. If you're a regular listener of The Dream Chaser Show then you know that I think that everyone should understand the dynamics of sales and marketing. You wanna get rich, drive a nice car, have a plush crib...right? You already probably know what to do to get all of that stuff you're just not doing it. Everybody wants to have success (or at least appear to have success) but have you ever taken the time to consider that most people are more afraid success than they are of failure? Interesting concept isn't it? But it makes sense... Success requires responsibility, it requires you to show up, it may also cause some of your friends and family to become upset with you. Everything comes with a price tag, you just have to make up your mind what you like to shop for. Overcoming fear is one of my favorite topics in the world personal development. I think that has to do with the idea that every time that I overcome a fear I get more personal power back that can be used to overcome more fears. In my opinion life isn't about collecting a bunch of stuff, it's about overcoming more fears. When you become fearless that's when everything you want becomes possible. I know that every time I've removed a layer of fear from my own consciousness that my happiness and satisfaction with life have also improved. So when I had a chance to sit down and talk with one of the top breakthrough and business coaches online I obviously had a lot of questions to ask about this subject. Christopher John Stubbs is one of the best breakthrough coaches on the planet. I could go on and on with the long list of clients that Chris has personally helped to achieve better results in life and in business. Christopher is also one of the realest dudes you'll ever meet, he doesn't pull any punches and he keeps it 100% authentic.

"In life you're either creating miracles or you're suffering"
Quick question...what would you do in this scenario? You have a comfortable job on Wall Street with a nice salary. You're not miserable but you're not really happy either... You know you should be doing more with your life but your job doesn't really require you to get out of your comfort zone much, it's safe, plus you have a family at home that depends on you. Fast forward... One day your boss gives you notice that you've just been downsized, your safe, comfortable job is gone. However, at the same time he offers you an opportunity for another role in the company for even MORE money? Would you take the job and the money or leave? Well my guest today Darrin Bentley decided that it was time to leave and pursue his passion. Without yet having a well developed plan Darrin set sail into the unknown land of entrepreneurship. Several months later he's a marketing consultant and host of one of the hottest podcast shows on internet, The Big Wig Nation.
This scenario of corporate downsizing is becoming more and more prevalent as outsourcing continues to redesign the fabric of corporate America. It's almost to the point that it's not a matter of if you'll be downsized but when. Are you preparing yourself by asking the tough questions and doing the internal work to decide what endeavor you what to dedicate your life's energy to? Sometimes it's not until we're forced to ask ourselves the uncomfortable questions that we really to start to create our life's meaning. During my interview with Darrin Bentley we talked about;

What's up Dream Chaser Fam!Quick story...A few years ago I used to be a member of a network marketing company.In my opinion it was one of the best network market companies to every exist...The primary product being marketed by this particular company was information. Information on pretty much anything involving self-improvement.This wasn't just regular personal development info that you could go out and find on the web, this information came from some of the best researchers and teachers in the world...To make a long story short one of the speakers who would regularly speak for many of the events for this company was direct sales legend Chris McGarahan, Sr...Fast forward, a few years later, one day I'm surfing on facebook and Icome across a post for Chris McGarahan Jr (Chris Sr.'s son)...I checked out some of his content and learned that Chris Jr. is also a beast in direct sales following in the footsteps of his father. We traded a few messages and stayed in touch...Several months later I come across a facebook group called"Mentored By Millionaires" that Chris Jr. put together..This facebook group is phenomenal I'm really impressed with the the high quality of the content. At that point I reached out to Chris and invited him to do the interview below.Check it out, Chris talks in depth about his mindset for success and how he's been able to achieve more before the age of 25 than most people achieve before 40...During the interview we discussed;

Are you interested in growing your brand or coaching practice online. I can help, let's talk. Today I had the opportunity to sit down with internet marketer Jacque T. Morris aka Atlanta's own Shirt & Tie Guy. Jacque is a beast at creating relationships online, check this out... as of July of this year he has already generated well over $100,000 in revenue in his online business. In typical entrepreneur fashion Jacque's journey hasn't been a straight path to success. He left his corporate job making $45,000/year back in 2011 and reached his lowest point when he looked at his bank account and it read -$28.57 (ouch!)... Jacque caught my attention last year when we connected on facebook and I saw that he was killing it in the e-commerce space. We've since kept in touch and I've personally witnessed the growth of his business as well as his leadership in the internet marketing industry. So it was a no-brainer to get him on the show to provide you guys with some of his insight on life and business. One of the things that makes Jacque such a great leader is that he's a regular person, he doesn't pretend to have all of the answers or refer to himself as a "guru". Even with all the success he's achieved he's still extremely grounded and down to earth which you'll see for yourself when you listen to the interview. There are several things that I want you to listen for in this interview that I believe point to why Jacque has achieved the level of success that he has... For one, it'll probably stand out right away that his work ethic is sick. Since he was a kid he's always been a hustler. I love it when people who are winning emphasize how hard they've worked because with the promise of "push button" riches which is so prevalent in the internet marketing space it's always refreshing when I hear someone tell the honest truth and say "look, it wasn't easy, I busted my ass to get here". Hard work is what makes the world go around, its what drives the economy. If you want a better life than work you have to work harder, plain and simple. When you work hard the results show up, and once the results show up everything snow balls from there. It's not easy to get the results that are required to generate a good income online but once you get 'em success becomes not only easier but the work involved in getting those results also becomes more addictive. The second thing that stood out in the interview is that failure is always part of the process...Jacque shared a past experience of going "all in" on an online venture that winded up doing extremely well. He even pulled many of his friends and family into the venture only to have the SEC come in and shut the company down. Leaving him broke and many of his friends and family losing significant amounts of money (talk about having a bad day huh?) The third idea that stood during the conversation was the fact that he had plenty of ups and downs and he even thought about quitting on several occasions. But what you'll notice as you listen to his story that once he became fully committed to taking continuos massive action towards his goals, no longer allowing failure to become an option that's when "magic" started to happen. There were too many insights to count but some other things you'll learn in this interview are;
Now matter if you're an experience entrepreneur or just starting out you definitely want to check out this episode of the The Dream Chaser Show out.
